When you submit the intake form or request free chapters, we collect the information you provide: name, contact details, business information, and the book-related answers in your intake. When your project is active, we also hold the materials you share for production (voice samples, drafts, preferences). Standard analytics tools may collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, approximate region) to improve the site.
Your information is used to (a) respond to your application and operate your publishing engagement, (b) deliver the free chapters and a related email series if you requested them, and (c) improve this website. We do not sell or rent personal information. We never use your manuscript or intake content for any purpose other than producing your book.
Only the service providers needed to operate: form processing (Formspree), payments (Stripe), email delivery, website hosting (Hostinger), and our client project application at PublishedIn14Days.app. Each receives only what its function requires.
Project materials are retained for the duration of your engagement and a reasonable archival period afterwards so we can support your published book. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to records we must keep for tax and legal purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from any email series with one click. We comply with Canada's PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy law. Contact: hello@publishedin14days.com.
